Now, Let me break down my experience with them in few points:Pre-sale: As this is my first time to buy a VPS, I had a lot of questions to address with their sales department via the live chat offered in their website. They had answered almost all of my questions, they even recommended which server to go with (given my requirements) and they also suggested which DC to go with.Total score on this part : 5 out 5

Order and Billing process: As most nowadays companies, they uses the WHMCS billing and support system, which simplify the process into few clicks and uses major billing portals like Paypal and 2checkout. in my case,I used the paypal to process my payment to them. that didn’t take split seconds to process and my bill was fully paid. It took the system about a min to send me the initial message to welcome me in and to disclose the server information (e.g. IP , password)Total score on this part : 5 out 5

After sale support: I didn’t really address their support except for few questions regarding how to install stuff on the VPS. They didn’t support me in full ,as the VPS I bought is only an unmanageable and therefore I won’t receive full support on installed APP’s. They did reject my questions politely and directed me to Google and some specific forums.Total score on this part : 4.5 out 5

Connectivity and Downtime’s: one of the reasons why I went with this company and why I did specifically selected the Amsterdam DC is because IntoVPS outsource their servers on Leaseweb BV. which owns one of the best DC’s in Europe in terms of connectivity. that been said, I did not have any downtime at all during the past month, my server was up and running like nothing else. however, Few hours after buying the server, the server Node hosting my VPS had some hard DDoS attacks from unknown source, the problem was solved in few minutes by both Leaseweb and IntoVPS and everything was up and running.
